We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional and secure website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The host processes the data arising when the website is accessed (in particular the server log files referred to in section 4) on our behalf, based on a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits:

• browser type and version
• operating system used
• referrer URL
• host name of the accessing device
• time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify individuals. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to ensure security and functionality. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. No cookies, no tracking, no external content

This website uses no cookies and no tracking, analytics or statistics services. No external fonts (e.g. Google Fonts) and no third-party content (e.g. maps, videos, social media plugins) are loaded. All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server or by the system. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

6. Contact by phone and email

The website has no contact form. If you contact us by phone or email, your details will be processed to handle the request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or (f) GDPR (handling your enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.
